Take one photo,
understand the whole floor
Upload site photos and test readings, and FloorDoctor returns a defect diagnosis, a recommended floor system, and an itemized quote within minutes. Fewer site visits, fewer re-dos, and your quote lands before your competitor's.
Send me a site photo and I'll take a first look at that floor for you.
The antenna on its head changes color with your project
Antenna Buddy is FloorDoctor's mascot-assistant. It shows up at the four moments you need it most, and its antenna color and expression track the project status — one glance tells you what to do next.

Flooring is a high-ticket trade — one mistake eats the whole margin
When the veteran is away, nobody dares to call it
Moisture, strength, hollow spots, oil contamination — miss one and you get blistering and delamination later. New hires survey the site, then come back and ask around anyway.
Half a day to price one job
Grinding, primer, build coat, topcoat, labor, waste — item by item. The customer can't wait, and signs with whoever quoted first.
Right material, wrong system
Workshops need abrasion resistance, cold stores need freeze resistance, pharma plants need cleanroom grades. Pick the wrong system and warranty rework costs more than the entire job's profit.
Owners only compare price per square foot
If the customer can't picture the finished floor, all they see is the unit price. When value isn't visible, the deal turns into a race to the bottom.
Put a veteran inspector's eyes in everyone's phone
Take a few site photos and enter readings like moisture content and rebound strength. FloorDoctor checks them against the materials knowledge base and installation standards, flags each risk with a severity level and likely cause, and tells you what to fix first.
- Recognizes hollow spots, cracks, dusting, oil contamination, old-coating peeling and other common defects
- Out-of-range readings trigger automatic warnings with a repair method
- Diagnosis attaches to the quote, so owners understand why surface prep matters
Pick the floor system — the itemized quote writes itself
FloorDoctor recommends a system from the use case and diagnosis, then builds an itemized quote from your own price list, waste factors, and margin. From site survey to sent quote — without leaving the job site.
- One-tap switching between epoxy coating, self-leveling, PU screed, densifier and other systems
- Material quantities auto-calculated from coverage rates, waste included
- Add-ons like anti-slip, antistatic and impact resistance suggested automatically

Let the owner see the finished floor before work starts
Photograph the floor as it is, and generate a rendering of the finished result to attach to the quote. Once the owner sees the difference, price stops being the only topic — and upgrades like decorative flake or metallic coatings become an easy conversation.
- Switch finishes and colors on the same photo
- Send renderings with the quote by text or email
- Archive before/after pairs on completion — instant case studies
Know what each job actually made — on completion day
Log material issues, crew hours, and equipment and haulage costs against each project, and FloorDoctor produces a profit report on completion. Which job types earn most, which systems run over budget — let the numbers decide.
- Material issues logged per project — pails and kilograms convert to cost automatically
- Crew clock-in hours flow into labor cost
- Actual costs feed back into your price list, so the next quote is sharper
Backed by an industrial flooring manufacturer
FloorDoctor is built by the KETCH team. We helped draft China's national standard GB/T 22374-2018 "Floor Coating Materials", and the diagnosis rules and process parameters come from lessons learned on real projects.

What contractors ask us most
Is the AI diagnosis accurate? Can it replace on-site testing?
No, and it isn't meant to. FloorDoctor weighs photo recognition together with the readings you enter (moisture, rebound strength, etc.) and prompts you to re-test when data is missing. The signature on the final assessment is still yours.
Whose prices does the quote use?
Yours. On first use you import your price list, waste factors and target margin; every quote after that follows your rules, and you can adjust them anytime.
Does it only work with KETCH materials?
No. System recommendations default to generic process parameters, and you can enter the brands and coverage rates you actually use — quotes are calculated with your materials.
What about job sites with poor signal?
You can take photos and enter data offline; everything uploads and analyzes automatically once you're back online. Finished quotes go out by text or email.
Is my data safe?
Your customers, prices and project data belong to your account only and are never used to quote for other users. Enterprise plans support a privately deployed materials knowledge base.
Stop losing jobs to whoever quotes first
Diagnosis, system recommendation, quoting, renderings, profit tracking — all from one phone. Leave your details and we'll walk through one of your real projects with you.
